The project covered the full cycle — from designing models to large-scale sales across Ukraine and expansion into the European market. The client had their own production, but due to workload, business growth stalled. We took over all marketing — from landing page creation and ad creatives to optimization, analytics, and financial calculations. The main strategy was to maintain 5–7 active models in rotation, with an equal number in reserve, constantly updated to avoid product burnout. Sales format: 1 landing page = 1 product, $100 daily budget. Landing page conversion rate: 5+%, cost per lead up to $3, order confirmation ~70%. Thanks to systematic work, sales grew while maintaining ROI control.

Custom Writing Agency Project
The project involved promoting an agency specializing in dissertations, academic articles, and student papers. Main goal — to get valid leads for under $30 each. Within the first two weeks of testing, the CPL was $24 with $280 spent. After scaling, we added directions for “articles” and “student papers,” launched a quiz, and separate funnels for each offer.

Tropical Leaf Tea Sales Project
The client came with only an idea and product — no website, content, or clear unit economics. The product faced moderation risks, so we carefully planned every stage. We started from scratch: created an Instagram profile and Telegram channel, connected a CRM, built a landing page, and structured sales via social media. Creatives were product-focused but avoided direct naming — AI-generated videos and static materials. Ads ran simply — 1 product = 1 audience = 1 campaign — allowing fast optimization and stable results. After initial sales, we split funnels into retail and wholesale, added TikTok Ads, and developed a Telegram ordering bot.

The client had active ads but unstable lead costs and ROI. The main goal was to increase brand loyalty and optimize customer acquisition cost. We worked comprehensively — developing two strategic directions (brand and performance), creating UGC content, optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, and testing new hypotheses. Results included a $2,000 budget reduction while maintaining sales, creating a pool of effective ad combinations, and reaching record sales.
